What Causes Pain In The Head And Ear Along With Numbness In The Face?

I have been having random pain on the right side of my head, ear pain, sometimes numbs my face for several minutes and then it goes away. I also have blurry vision in the right eye occasionally. This does not happen consistently. I m female, 46, 140lbs, otherwise healthy. No current meds. It seems to be getting worse. What could this be?
