What Causes Pain In The Head, Neck And Stomach Along With Dizziness?
I have a sore head, a sore neck and an upset stomache. I have been feeling abit dizzy for two days but it has improved a little. i know that this is because of something i ate but not sure if it will clear up or if it sounds like anything more serious and i should just go see doctor about it?
