What Causes Pain In The Heel Upon Applying Pressure?

I have pain to the inside of my heel. when I apply pressure (take a step) it radiates the pain twards the center of my foot. My foot looks normal. no bruising, no cuts, no injury to my foot in the past several days. This pain began two days ago, came on suddenly, and has increased throughout the last two days. I work on my feet and where danskos with great padding. Not sure what I should do.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely plantar fasciitis. But it is better to rule out any osteophytes in heel which can also gives pain. Ice pack application on heel and taking over the counter NSAIDs like Ibuprofen will be helpful to get relief.
Thanks.
