What Causes Pain In The Hip Joint And Legs?

I fell backwards from a standing position tripping over a container plant in my yard. I landed very hard on my right side landing on my hip. My arm was skinned badly but other than aching a lot I was able to walk. As time has passed I have pain in my hip joint and it seems like a pelvic pain. The pain is raidiating down my leg and I am having a difficult time standing or walking. My right testicle and back are also bothering me The pain is rather severe, I am 84 yo. My family doctor is no help and has given me pain meds so that I may sleep, HELP?

Respected user , Hi

Welcome to Health care magic family .
I have gone through your concern in depth .

@ This seems more of pathology involving head of the femur with or
without ligament , muscle sprain or strain .

@ Strongly recommended to get an x-ray of the Hip with pelvis in ER
for the final diagnosis and further management guidelines .

Hope this helps you .
Always feel free to ask further doubts .

Thanks .
Regards dear take care .
