What Causes Pain In The Hip With A History Of Degenerated Bone Disease?

I am a woman 48yrs with what I was told is having degenerated bone disease in my hip. I have no insurance and no income.(Currently looking for Work) I have trouble moving around walking, running etc..can't do any physical movement with my lower half with out help. I have been in pain for about 2yrs and now and the pain has become progressively worst. Now I have approx. 1/16" missing from the ball joint of my hip. There are days that my leg moves and gets locked up or push up that i cannot open my legs to clean after using the bathroom. The pain is so intense I can't take it any more. What can I do to manage this issue. My quality of life is gone and I am at the end of my threshold this is too much. I take a lot over the counter pain medication that just isn't helping anymore and I have lost hope. Will I ever be able to handel this pain??????
