What Causes Pain In The Hip?

I was in bad wreck 7 months ago broke my t-8 doc says it is healed I have had to learn to sit , stand and walk when I stand with help and take steps using walker I have pain in my rt hip (crying) then when lay back down it feels like the bones popping or breaking. can u tell me whats wrog
