What Causes Pain In The Hips After A Myomectomy Procedure?

Hi, I had a myomectomy procedure three weeks ago to remove one 11cm fibroid sitting just outside my uterine wall, with only the stalk attached to my uterus. I was awake for procedure with a spinal block. Everything went great, I m feeling great and able to move well, and have almost FLAT stomach and pelvic area. The only problem is that I m having moderate to severe hip pain that I ve never had before surgery. What could be the cause?
