Hello Dear. Bloating of the abdomen may be due to gastritis. There can also be a possibility of gall stones, because it usually occurs in women over 40 years of age presenting with bloating abdomen, nausea, vomiting and other digestive problems.

Hip pain may be a different entity. It occurs due to osteoarthritis, where in there is decreased calcium in the bones.

Right now what i suggest you is that for few days you follow a diet and lifestyle modification plan to combat gastritis as i suggest

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. You can try over the counter edications like mucaine gel or gelusil to prevent gastritis
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Avoid stimulants like alcohol or even too much of coffee and tea.
5. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
6. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
7. Learn meditation techniques
8. Drink plenty of water

Follow this for 2 weeks. Even then if your symptoms are not better then you can consult a physician who may advice you to undergo Ultrasonography scan of abdomen.

Regarding your hip joint pain you meet an orthopedic surgeon who may take an xray and see if there is osteoarthritis. The doctor may treat you with pain killers and calcium suppliments.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
