IT IS AFFECTING MY JOB,, i AM EXHAUSTED WHEN I GET UP OUT OF BED. HIP PAIN, BOTH KNEES HAVE ISSUES WITH NO STRENGTH & SHOULDER PAIN NOT TO MENTION HEADACHES. IS THIS FIBROMYLGIA?
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, the symptoms resemble with polymyalgia rheumatica or chronic fatigue syndrome, and gastric symptoms, can be due to inflammatory bowel syndrome.
However baseline autoimmune work up is a must, and may involve ANA, inflammatory markers as well as RA Factor etc. Other electrolytes abnormalities and micro-nutrients deficiencies should also be worked up and ruled out.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
