What Causes Pain In The Hips On The Right Side?

I m 58 year old Male 5 10 240 lbs. recently when I sit in the car for more then an hour and try to get out I experience a lot of pain in my right hip area. It is difficult to get out of car sometimes trying to lift my right leg over. After a few minutes I walk it out and fine for the rest of the day. Siting in a chair at my desk does not even bother me. I don t feel to need to take any medication as the pain only lasts for a few minutes. I was diagnose with issues in my C 4 5 and 6 and early stages of spinal stenos but that only causes me numbness in my left fingers on occasion.
