What Causes Pain In The Inner Arm After Pulling It?

help... my baby sis arm hurts after my bro pulled her up..... noting sems to be broken.... it hurts just below the elbow (thumb space) on the inner side of the arm.... cah u tell me what is wrong..... it very late at night to take her to the hospital. thank you
