Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having inner thigh pain....

Following work up is necessary ....
1.CBC with HB estimation to rule out anemia
2.Local part x ray that will help in rule out joint inflammation and underlying bony growth if present
3.CRP etc...

The bulging disc can compress nerves and there might be pain by this ....
4.For that neurological examination or MRI useful....

If no significant cause found than muscular sprain might be cause for which physiotherapy useful.....

If vascular blockage induce cause suspected Doppler study can be done for that .

Take care

Advise : Physician consultation for examination....
