What Causes Pain In The Jaws, Chest And Shoulder During Winters?

As soon as I would go out into the cold my jaw, shoulders, chest and arms experienced intense pain. When back inside pain would subside after a few minutes. Now it s persisting inside my house. I took a hot shower and felt good. Sat down for forty five minute and now pain is almost unbearable. I m sitting and leaning forward and i feel better but if I lay down pain comes back

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be fibromyalgia and it could also be a sort of rheumatism as it is exacerbated by cold. Please see a rheumatologist and we can narrow our options.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita,
