What Causes Pain In The Joints And Fatigue?

severe flue like symptoms, muscle and joint pain, pain that feels like its right in the bones, that lasted 5 days...it is now a week later and I have developed red patches all over my body, these do not itch and are not raised from the skin, fatigue has been very bad for some weeks but today it was real bad and the body aches, joint and muscle pain with head ache and stiff neck returned

You must have had viral fever. This is usually associated with body ache, joint pains, fever, general weakness. You may take Tab Paracetamol 650 mg 8 hourly x 2 days or so. Take bed rest, lot of fluids orally, healthy food. It may take about 10 days or so for complete resolution.
