What Causes Pain In The Joints And Muscles With Severe Fatigue?

Hello, I m experiencing increasing pain in my joints and muscles and such intense fatigue that I could barely get out of bed and dressed and had to cancel several meetings. I can t get enough sleep lately along with this intense joint pain. It started in left hip and knee 10-12 weeks ago and I now have pain in my shoulders, thumb joints, arm muscles, upper back muscles, almost everywhere. I was spending a few weeks at the NJ shore and was mosquito bitten all over my ankles and legs. I over consumed Alleve last week to combat the pain at night as the pain was that bad. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
