What Causes Pain In The Joints And Muscles?

I am currently taking Doxycline Hyclate for an infection that showed small amount of Actinomyces infection. I was on penicillion for 3 months, then switched to Doxycline in Feb. this past month I have been having a lot of joint and muscle pain and wonder if it could be because of the med. I have to be on it until Nov. maybe longer

I really appreciate your concern, if you are taking antibiotic since long being then what the symptoms you have of pain condition could be due to that only, you have not mentioned for what you are on different antibiotic ? what kind of infection you are having ? hope this information helps.
