What Causes Pain In The Joints Of The Hands And Feet?

I am a male 65 yrs old, I seem to be developing joint pain rather quickly ( last 6-9 mnths) in my hands and foot, I was wondering about the benefits and side effects of chondroitin sulfate if I were to take this, also at what dosage level would be needed to be a noticeable affect?

it can be rheumatoid arthritis. ra factor is to be done authenticity of chondroitin is not proved. so need not be taken can take nasids.
