What Causes Pain In The Joints?

I have pain in my fingers and toes but only when I go to sleep and wake up. My knesses and elbows hurt all day. I do have rheumatoid arthritis,but my doctor said my blood work is good and it is not a fell-up so I am being miss diganos. and needs help with the problem.
