Hello

Right sided back pain may be due to many reasons like renal colic, liver problem, colitis etc.

You may need clinical evaluation and investigations like routine hemogram, liver and renal function test, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very helpful and it can exclude many causes.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

Get well soon.
Take Care
