What Causes Pain In The Knee Radiating Towards The Leg?

I am having pain in my back which is radiating till knee and legs. It happened after I went to a physio for strengthening my quad for knock knee. But after 1 day she pressed very deep and hardly on my back saying she is aligning something. After that I am having pain in back while i am doing any movement from standing,to sitting to lying down on bed. I even have MRI report of LS SPINE.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to sciatic nerve irritation. Short course of muscle relaxants like Tizanidine , NSAIDs like Aceclofenac and rest for 4 to 5 days from hard physical activities , bending forward , lifting weight etc will be helpful to clear this. You can also do hot fomentation on back. Use hard beds for sleeping. If there is no improvement after 5 days or worsening then consult an orthopaedician to rule out any major injuries.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
