What Causes Pain In The Knees Spreading To Other Joints?

Sir i'm 23 yr old woman from jaipur.i was sufering joint pain since 10yrs. frm starting days only i hav pain in my rigt knee but now it is spreding all joints including fingers also i consult to ayurvedic doctor and i took treatment also but there was no relief,after this consult alopathic doctor also and he was said that it was a normal problem in growing stage and nothing to be worried,it wil be reduced by the completion of 16 or17yrs and' he adviced that u had more pain,u can take some painkiller's'.
But sittil now i'm taking some highly dose pain killer's like I M injuctions but there was no use for me . Stil i have lot of pain.so please priscribe any treatment for me.
