What Causes Pain In The Knees While On Xanax And Adderall?

I have been on Xanax, bupopherine and adderal for depression and anxiety, stress., etc/ I had at full bone scan for pain but arthritis is not the problem. the pain has been very debilitating with also no cartilage in right knee. I only recently realiozed it must be fibromyalgia since it is so widespread over every inch of my body and eases only with bedrest...I recall 2 other women with the condition and finally hope to be able to have hope for less pain. my question is whether oxicontin or Vicodin will be cojmpatible with my other meds taken for depression/anxiety. I have a psychiatrist treating me for a few years now with those meds. the pain has been so debilitating and mysterious until realizing what it is now. plese advise. I have full medicare coverage so will no send visa info. it was good to at least describe it here, I will see a doctor for help...thanks anyway,
