What Causes Pain In The Left Arm And Shoulder?
I m from Canada. I have been having a lot of pain in my left arm and shoulder. I have seen a chiropractor and massage. Neither has seemed to help much. Just wondering where I can get a cortisone injection? How much? And if I need to see a doctor first? I am in Maricopa Arizona.

Since you did not mention your age , so very difficult to say any thing about the cause of pain in the shoulder joint and also in left hand.
This type of pain may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Arthritis .
2 Sprain or stress ( bursitis )
3 Heart pain.
