What Causes Pain In The Left Arm And The Chest?

Hi iv had an x ray which has shown one of my left collar bones has pushed out and become protruded? I am currently undergoing all kinds of tests to find out why im in such pain with my left arm and chest so on so the xray got dismissed with no treatment??
