What Causes Pain In The Left Arm Radiating Towards Shoulder?

yes I ve had a pain in left arm for 2 -3 months. I m positive it s not heart- started inside elbow-than move to outer arm. now it up to shoulder. if I life arm up or do anything with arm it hurts- all day! at night, can t sleep if i benf arm every single night. I don t know what type of dr. to see

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to pinched nerve.

It occurs when a nerve in the neck is compressed or irritated where it branches away from the spinal cord.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend physical therapy and stretching exercises.
