What Causes Pain In The Left Arm When Lifting Weights?

Dear Dr. Amit Agrawal,

I'm Vivek, 32, from Bangalore.
My left arm bone (Ulna) was fractured while playing in 1992 (I was 14). The single bone break like fracture was in the middle of Ulna (not compound fracture), which was straighten and casted for about a month after which it healed. Even today, I feel slight pain at the middle of the same bone while exercising using weights OR lifting something heavy. Once I lift something heavy the pain remains almost throughout the day. What can be the reason? Does it mean it may not have healed completely? Please advice.

With regards,
Vivek
