What Causes Pain In The Left Arm While Treating Anxiety?

Hi I have been suffering from anxiety from last year but now its better cause it doesn t happen as often as it use to so now iv just started taking duromines, I m on my third pill and have started experiencing pain in my left arm... On the first day when I started with the pill I noticed later on the day that my forearm was painful, it felt as though something hit my arm bone but I only felt the pain when moving my arm in a certain way so I googled possible reasons for that and saw that apparently most left arm pains can be associated with heart problems... on Wednesday around 8pm my whole left arm was in pain and I m feeling its a little hard to breath so I don t know whether the breathing is due to panicking of what I saw on google but I have no chest pains, please help
