What Causes Pain In The Left Arm?

I have ongoing pain in my left arm coming from my shoulder after nursing a toddler for half an hour. The only relief is leaning back and then the arm is more comfortable. I ve noticed the tips fingers in that arm are getting desensitised. I m taking Ibuferon and panadol alternatively. This is now five days. The first two days I still did my chores as movement didn t make any difference but standing and leaning forward, jolting in the car all causes the pain in my arm to worsen. The pain is similar to having a dead arm. Medication only eases the pain but doesn t stop it.

- use anti inflammatory creams for local application
- use heat compresses for local application
