What Causes Pain In The Left Big Toe?

I have pain in my left big toe, but its not from what other people say, a gout attack, normally is, I can wear my work boot, and put on socks, but feel pain when walking, a couple of weeks ago I was wearing boots that were kind of tight on my left foot especially across the base of the toes, could it be my work boots.

Hello,

Shoes need to be checked. Should take loose fitting shoes, but still go for test to exclude gout serum oxalic acid level to be checked. Can take colchicine and antioxidant medicine and diet like ginger tomato, carrot omega 6 in fish like cord. Can take mackerel.
