General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a simple musculoskeletal pain.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist it is better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

In that case, an MRI scan will be helpful to rule out possible tendon or ligament involvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
