What Causes Pain In The Left Forearm And Wrist?

My left arm from mid forearm down started to hurt pure randomly the outside bottom of my wrist hurts and hand gets cold along the pinky and ring finger get waves of numbness \tinglles I m 29 been changing oil for almost ten years been washing dishes as well for almost a yr now any clue I need my hands to work

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
