What Causes Pain In The Left Groin Area?
i have been having a sharp pain on the left hand side of my groin feels like something twisted and tightening worst thing in the morning my stomach hearts but once i get up it goes away.i also have not being-able to have full sex with my wife for nearly two years can not cum.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
It could be due to trivial causes like muscle pull.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
