What Causes Pain In The Left Leg And Knee?

I was working I my yard and I stepped over a row of flowers onto a muddy patch of dirt , my foot slid forward and I ended up in a split position on the ground , I felt a stretching of my muscles from my buttocks to my knee My left buttock is twice in size with a hard knot the size of a small football shape, can t sit on it n pain goes down my leg to my knee

you should take proper rest for a significant period of time. and have regular massage on the area affected.
