What Causes Pain In The Left Leg?

I have a pain in the left leg for a few months. It is in the calf and feels like it is in the muscle. About 4-5 years ago I passed a blood clot from my left foot to left calf same area and then it went to my heart and lungs. About 3-4 months ago I had an issue with leg, chest and arm pain and facial numbness. I went to the ER and have since been on baby asprin and blood pressure medicine and was diagnosed with a blockage in the left side of my heart. . I have also had a past exposure to asbestos from my service in the Navy and use albuterol on occasion. My current issue is with the leg/calf pain , a slight cough, chest pain, shortness of breath (walking up a flight of stairs) and fatigue. I m trying to determine if I should schedule and appointment with doctor? past visits seem to get me more medications and no change.

Hi I think you may require at least 75 mg of aspirin, a statin and a nitro glycerine preparation from your description. Baby aspirin may not be enough. I'm afraid the medicine will have to be prescribed by your doctor--regards
