What Causes Pain In The Left Pelvic Area?

hi i have been to the doctors early this morning because for the past week 1 have had bad pain down the left side of my pelvic and across the bottom of my back and now its on the right side aswell i also feel sick and dizzy we talked about kidney infection and ectopic pregnancy but readying up on the symptoms when i got home for ectopic pregnancy i have most of the symptoms apart from bleeding and it also say i should go straight to the hospital but my doctor didnt send me to hospial she just made me do a urine sample of a kidney test and i have to had a urine sample in tomorrow for a pregnancy test and i dont no weather i should go to hospital or just wait do the sample and see what the results say in a weeeks time
