What Causes Pain In The Left Shoulder And Lower Back?

I have had left front shoulder pain for the past few weeks. Seems to be worse in the morning. Hard to pull my shirt over my head. Dull and aching and more sharp when I move my arm overhead and back. Today I also have aching on both sides of my lower back and some nausea.

HI
Well come HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of shoulder pain then it could be due to arthritis condition or could be frozen shoulder some time it may be nonspecific ideally it needs some investigations for correct diagnosis, like x ray and routine blood test, till then it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if pain subsided then no need to do anything hope this information helps.
