What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of The Face?

I'm a 33 year old female, in reasonably good health, not overweight, with facial headaches solely on the left side. I get them on the average abut once or twice a week at no particular time or day, with their appearance a result of heat and/or humidity, usually in the afternoons when it's hottest. I take paracetamol and sometimes biogesic for temporary relief..

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain pain on left side of face with severe headache that can occur at varying occasions can be due to causes like Migraine while if the pain is confined to entire left side it can be due to causes like Trigeminal Neuralgia..

You should consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI Scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can take pain relievers to reduce pain..
You should also do meditation and stress relieving exercises to relieve pain..
You should take sufficient sleep and take a nutritious diet..
