What Causes Pain In The Left Testicle?

Hi, 2 Days ago (saturday) playing sport I got elbow in the lower ribs area. For the rest of the game there was no pain or swelling. That night at a club function i accidentally sat on my left testicle. The rest of the night there was no real pain, however i was drinking so maybe it dulled the pain. Yesterday and this morning i am feeling a very dull sensation. Would really say its pain.. i feel it more when i take a deep breathe in or when i blow my nose.. i am wondering if this is purely from the accident on saturday night or if there is referral to my testicle from the injury during my sport game.
