What Causes Pain In The Left Upper Arm?

My female friend has had bicep and tricep pain in her left arm for the past couple of months. Her pain occurs mostly when her arm is extended in front of her, and she tries to do any kind of work with it. When she pulls the arm in closer to her body, the pain is less. What are your thoughts?

as per you history is concerned it is due to injury and inflamation of biceps.so take rest until discomfort has gone.apply heat and use a heat retainer.If you feel pain you can take ant NSAID u like.check in your area if you can find any ultrasound or leser treatment center.
