What Causes Pain In The Left Wrist?

I am 39 and the past 8 months i have pain in my left wrist a few days before my period and lasts untill 3rd day into my period. I had blood test done for a hormone imbalance and thyroid and all came back clear, can you offer any advice on what is causing this. My hair is also falling out for 8 months or so. Thanks

Hello,

Get done thyroid function test and vitamin d 3 levels. Hypothyroidism and vitamin d 3 deficiency can cause similar symptoms. So get done these tests.
