General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The fact that blood pressure in the legs is normal is reassuring that you are not having the pains due to arterial blockage (arterosclerosis) and normal veins (especially in ultrasound) show that the pain is not due to venous blockage or clots.

Because your sedimentation is high maybe your doctor needs to consider having specific tests to rule out autoimmune conditions that might cause pain with many joints in the body and in legs as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
