What Causes Pain In The Legs During Pregnancy?

Hi, am 23 years old student weight 54 not tall but medium seven month pregnant and my legs sore like hell,where i am now i cant walk but just listening to the pain inside them.This is happening for me for the very first time.what might be causing this?

Do not concern regarding this matter.
Pain in legs during pregnancy may be aggravated by the pressure of your expanding uterus. It is also possible that your leg muscles are tired from carrying around all of your extra weight.

If you do get a cramp, immediately stretch your calf muscles: Straighten your leg, heel first, and gently flex your toes back toward your shins. It might hurt at first, but it will ease the spasm and the pain will gradually go away.
You can try to relax the cramp by massaging the muscle or warming it with a hot water bottle. Walking around for a few minutes may help too.
Stay hydrated during the day by drinking water regularly as much. Try a warm bath before bed to relax your muscles.

Even if your muscle pain is constant and not just an occasional cramp, you can consult your gynecologist to investigate your diagnosis.
