What Causes Pain In The Legs Of A Toddler?
My 2 and 1/2 year old son woke up this morning saying that his legs hurt and he didn t want to walk too much. Spent most of the morning sitting inside instead of playing outside, which is out of character for him. He also ran a little temp last night but has not had one today. What could this be?

Based on the history you have shared, he needs to be reviewed by a pediatrician and may need muscle enzymes and inflammatory markers checked. Some viral fever may present with body aches and temperature too. OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen can be given for symptomatic relief.
