What Causes Pain In The Legs While On Hydralazine?
I have two blood pressure; Bystolic. 10mg and Hydralazine 25mg i need to find another pressure med. inorder to do away with Hydralazine .Hydralazine hurts my legg s especially my instep. I had stopped taking for several weeks and the went away i was able once again enjoy my walks. I had to retake this again because as I monitor the BP it was getting higher and got nervous now the pain is back. So I stop taking Hydralazine again and I m starting to feel. I too have a problem with my hair coming out alot.

Diuretics like hydralazine may sometimes cause hair loss. A calcium channel blocker like amlodipine may help to control your BP. BUT first you should get your routine blood investigations done to know which anti hypertensive is best for you
