my friend is 60 years old has heart problems HOSPITAL SENT HIM HOME WITH MEDS DUE TO INSURANCE PROBLEMS WE ARE WORKING ON...WILL NEED A PACE MAKER OR FIBBILATOR.IN LAST COUPLE OF DAYS HE IS EXPERIENCING ALOT OF LEG PAIN TOP OF THIGH MUSCLES AND STARTING IN HIS ARMS.HE IS TAKING LISINIPRIL AMIODARONE CARVEDILOL FUROSEMIDE SPIRONOLACTONE XARELTO.WOULD ANY OF THESE HAVE THAT SIDE EFFECT ? 1. all these drugs cause fatigue and pains. but most important is AMIODARONE it causes muscle weakness and myopathy
2. get his Doppler usg lower legs done to rule out any clot though he is taking xeralto and there is lower risk of embolism.
3. get LDH Levels and CK levels also to see any myopathy ( muscle weakness)
