Hi,
Welcome to
Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your generalized body pain.

In upper respiratory tract infection mostly viral there are associated symptoms like, chills, fever, generalized body ache and some times post viral fatigue syndrome.

Because of fever and loss of appetite patient feels generalized body pain. This is because of dehydration. So you need to take plenty of fluids, any of antipyratic medication like paracetamol 6-8 hourly till fever subsides.
You may also need a antibiotic course in consultation with the general physician. if the infection persistent more then a week.
Hope the answer to your query write us back for any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
