I HAVE MS SINCE JANUARY 1993 THIS HAS AFFECTED BOWEL MOVEMENTS WHICH I BELIEVE I HAVE FINALLY CONTROLLED BY TAKING MIRALAX ONCE A DAY, 2 FIBERCON PILLS, 5 8OZ. GLASSES OF WATER 7 PRUNES, 5OZ PRUNE JUICE, (100 MG OF MAGNESIUM, AND LEMONADE WHICH HELPS TO GET RID OF KIDNEY STONES MY LEGS HAVE GIVEN ME PAIN MORE SO LATELY FOR LAST 2 WEEKS

You can try analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin for symptomatic relief. If pain persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
