What Causes Pain In The Limbs And Neck?

I am a patient of cervical problem for many years but for the last 4 years i was managing very well almost like a normal person until last week i started with slight dizziness now i have all king of problem both hands & limbs paining plus turning neck causing lots of problem . Pls guide me . Thanks
