What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Around The Navel?

My lower abdomen on left side beginning around my navel has pain that wraps around to left side of back. Not painful when sitting, but still aware it is there. Tender to the touch but also feels like nerves are at top of skin. No fever. Uncomfortable if you push on left side of back in the waistline area.

around naval can be gastritis and dyspepsia probability is calculi so ultrasound kub can be taken.. consult gastroenterologist and urologist for examination and advise on treatment.
