What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Back?

I had pain in my lower abdomen and back. Felt like I had to have bowel movements constantly. Then noticed cloudiness and bubbles in my urine. Went to doc and they took specimen and treated me with 7 day Nitrofurantoin. Still see bubbles in urine and on occasion spams pain in lower abdomen. Could it be another infection? I never had burning during urination. We thought we caught it early but could be something else. What do you think?

Hello,

Your symptoms suggestive of some form of enteritis like an infection. The abdominal cramp could be due to that.

I suggest you investigate with ultrasonography of abdomen and urine routine microscopic examination for further work up.

The antibiotic course can be prescribed for that. Meanwhile take soft and Bland diet more.

You can revert back with reports to guide you further. You can Consult a physician for examination.
